Job Description
Do you enjoy hands on work, versatility in your day and working independently? This is the position for YOU! Duties will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), HVAC, painting and grounds. You will get apartments ready for move in. Apply if you have the following skills:

- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and organize tasks.
- General maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a HUGE plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have HVAC Certification
- Have own basic tools
- LIHTC experience is a must.
