About the Role In this role, you will perform preventative and reactive maintenance across a wide range of industrial equipment. You'll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems up to 480v, work with advanced production machinery, and help drive operational excellence. You will work with hydraulics, pneumatics, injection molding machines, extrusion equipment, CNC machines, pumps, chillers, valves, PLCs, and robotics . Primary Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime Diagnose and repair breakdowns across mechanical and electrical systems Conduct electrical work up to 480v, including wiring and component replacement Interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical schematics Use electrical meters and diagnostic tools to identify issues Troubleshoot basic PLC and robotic systems Maintain CNC machinery, injection molding, and extrusion equipment Replace, rebuild, or adjust parts as needed Document all maintenance work using basic computer applications Essential Skills & Experience Proficient troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Comfortable working with 3‑phase motors, multimeters, and hand/power tools Basic PLC troubleshooting Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills Team‑oriented with the ability to work independently Why You'll Love Working Here This company values its employees and offers a strong benefits package, including: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) program Well‑Being Program Supportive, team‑focused work environment Opportunities to grow your technical skill set Pay rate: Up to $30/hr depending on experience Work Environment & Schedule Non‑climate controlled facility (some climate‑controlled areas)

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Fast‑paced industrial environment with a strong focus on safet Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, NC.
