Job Description

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor in carrying out the service processes of the property to ensure our residents have a well-maintained home. We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our award winning team at a lease-up community in Concord, NC.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances Ensure resident requested service orders are completed in a timely manner Pool cleaning and maintenance Assist in maintaining the property grounds to provide for first-class curb appeal Make-ready apartments for new move-ins Rotate on-call for 24-hour maintenance two weeks per month Respond timely to on-call emergency service requests during the assigned rotation
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum of two years apartment maintenance experience Top-notch customer service skills and professionalism A problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, and electrical required CFC/EPA Certification required Follow all safety/OSHA Requirements CPO preferred but not required Reliable transportation required This job description is intended to be a general overview of the typical functions of the position and not intended to be considered all-inclusive.
