LARGE MANUFACTURING PLANT IN CONCORD NC IS LOOKING FOR A 1ST SHIFT MAINTENANCE MECHANIC. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE SHARP WITH ELECTRICAL

MOTORS, PLCS, VFDS, ETC. SHIFT
7AM-3
PM Pay Rate:
$32.00 HOURLY Main Job Duties & Responsibilities Install, rig, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all machinery, tools, equipment, and facility systems at the Concord location. Set up and operate a variety of machine shop and maintenance repair equipment. Perform basic electrical control troubleshooting. Use precision measuring tools and electrical instruments to support maintenance and repair work. Perform electrical wiring (proper sizing), and plumb air and steam systems using prints, schematics, or verbal instructions. Support maintenance mechanics through hands-on training and troubleshooting in production areas. Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (required). Perform welding and fabrication tasks (required). Equipment & Tools Used Tow motors, hand tools, and power tools Machine shop equipment Precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial calipers, indicators) Electrical testing equipment Welding machines and cutting torches Aerial equipment (Skyjack, boom lifts) Other specialized tools as needed Materials OEM parts and replacement components On-site fabricated materials and custom developments Safety & Compliance Follow all company Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Ensure compliance with facility safety and insurance requirements #IND1
