Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Experienced Maintenance Technician join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our manufacturing and residential facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing complex repairs, troubleshooting systems, and supporting ongoing facility improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and leadership skills in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Duties Execute basic plumbing and electrical reinstallation and reconnection such as reinstalling vanities, toilets, and light fixtures. Perform professional-grade drywall patching, sanding, and texture matching. Install baseboards, crown molding, door casing, and cabinetry hardware. Assist with or lead the installation of LVP, laminate, or tile flooring. High-quality interior and exterior painting, including caulking and surface preparation. Address miscellaneous punch-list items to ensure the site is move-in ready. Skills Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot wiring issues using schematics and diagnostic tools like ohmmeters. Mechanical knowledge of machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building infrastructure. Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and facility layouts accurately. Experience with facilities maintenance operations including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, mechanical repairs, and general facilities management.
