The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspection. Utilize power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance tasks. Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues, ensuring all systems operate efficiently. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance schedules and any necessary repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients. Skills Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to pool maintenance and repair. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Experience in pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing. Ability to maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Previous experience as a service technician is preferred but not required.
