Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on vacation rental properties Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, housekeeping, and management Troubleshoot and repair issues related to: Plumbing systems, Electrical systems, HVAC systems, and Appliances Conduct property inspections to ensure homes meet company quality standards Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary Maintain maintenance logs and document completed work Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations Assist with property setup, seasonal preparations, and emergency repairs Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Qualifications 2+ years of general maintenance experience (hospitality or residential preferred) Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to transport materials and, at minimum, a 6ft ladder Comfortable using mobile apps or maintenance software Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well on electronic devices is a plus! Weekends are required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various environments Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
