Sun-Surf Realty is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our growing portfolio of vacation rental properties. This role is essential in ensuring our homes are guest-ready, well-maintained, and operating at a high standard. Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs across vacation rental properties Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and basic carpentry Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Complete preventative maintenance tasks and property inspections Coordinate with vendors and team members when needed Ensure all homes are safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times Document work completed and communicate updates clearly with the team

Schedule Requirements:

Weekends and holidays required Some evenings and on-call shifts required during peak season Flexibility is key, especially during the busy summer months

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license required Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and a positive, team-first attitude Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
