You must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Qualified candidate will be able to work alone and as part of a team, have great customer service and sales skills for this handyman position This is a part time position (20-30hrs/wk) leading to fulltime. Duties Perform general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall installation to address various maintenance needs. Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition to ensure safety and efficiency during work. Collaborate with clients or team members to understand specific repair requirements and provide expert solutions. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes for a secure environment. Qualifications Proven experience in general handyman services or related maintenance roles. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic appliance repair. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting issues. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred. Certifications such as OSHA safety training or specialized trade licenses are a plus but not mandatory.
