Pool and Spa Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hot Tub Service & Maintenance Technician to install, inspect, clean, and maintain residential and commercial hot tubs and spas. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a field-based environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on hot tubs and spas, including cleaning, draining, refilling, and filter replacement Test and balance water chemistry (pH, alkalinity, sanitizer levels) Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues (pumps, heaters, jets, control systems) Conduct inspections to ensure proper operation and safety compliance Install new hot tubs and assist with setup and startup procedures Winterize and de-winterize hot tubs as needed Maintain accurate service records and report findings Educate customers on proper hot tub care and maintenance Ensure service vehicle is stocked, clean, and organized Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in pool/spa maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work preferred Basic knowledge of water chemistry (training can be provided) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to use hand and power tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
