leaklocatorservices.com Job Summary Leak Locators is expanding our field team in Garner, NC! We are seeking a hardworking, dependable Pool Repair Technician to handle structural and plumbing repairs. You will be responsible for digging up broken underground pipes, repairing them, and conducting pressure tests. This is a highly physical, outdoor role perfect for someone who enjoys manual labor and taking pride in hands-on problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities Plumbing Repairs:

Dig up concrete, dirt, or deck material to expose broken underground pool pipes.

Pipe Repair:

Cut out damaged sections and install new PVC pipe and fittings.

Pressure Testing:

Conduct system pressure tests after repairs to confirm the lines are completely sealed and leak-free.

Component Replacement:

Remove and replace damaged pool skimmers and wall return fittings.

Site Restoration:

Backfill holes, clean up work sites, and leave the property neat and orderly.

Equipment & Vehicle Provided Company Vehicle:

Work vehicle provided for dispatching to job sites.

Tools Provided:

All necessary specialized tools and repair equipment are supplied by the company.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Outdoor Work:

Ability to work outside in hot summers, cold winters, and changing weather conditions year-round.

Heavy Lifting:

Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.

Manual Labor:

Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and perform heavy digging and shoveling throughout an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

1+ years of experience in pool repair, plumbing, landscaping, or heavy construction/concrete work.

Skills:

Comfort working with PVC pipe, primers, glues, and basic hand/power tools.

License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required to operate the company vehicle.
