2+ years of experience in soft washing Are comfortable on ladders, roofs, and working outdoors Have a clean driving record and reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs and work efficiently with a teammate Take pride in craftsmanship, not shortcuts Want to build something bigger than a paycheck
