FACILITY MAINTENANCE PERSON PART-TIME 2 DAYS A WEEK OR AS NEEDED

Need someone to take care of two to three storage facilities. Must have own transportation, tools, and equipment. Must have a flexible schedule. Must be able to communicate through email and over the phone. $500 per month

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain good curb appeal at the site. Take care of the facility grounds. Trash / junk pick up and removal. Look for any damage at the facility. Cut locks when needed. Sweep out empty units when needed. Clean out units if items are left behind / not sold in auction. Fix and repair anything needed at the site. Respond to any gate issues if the facility has a gate. Arrange to have a vehicle towed if needed. Communicate with a site manager on what's been done and what's needed. Inventory units, do a walk-through of the facility. Lockout units when needed. Unlock units when needed. Report any units found empty or moved out. Take pictures and send them when needed. Report returned Davinci locks and what Davinci lock has been put on a unit. Assist tenants with issues when needed. Lawn care and Leaf removal.
