Job Description

We're looking for detail-oriented Technicians who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with electronic systems. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical or electrical experience, whether from automotive, maintenance, or electronics repair, who are ready to apply their skills in the aerospace industry. What You'll Do Test, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems and electronic components Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters to identify and resolve issues Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Perform hands-on repairs, including soldering and component-level work Follow established quality standards and regulatory requirements Accurately document maintenance and repair activities Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency Handle and move equipment as needed in a production environment What We're Looking For Experience working with electronics, electrical systems, or mechanical equipment Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as multimeters Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Backgrounds in automotive repair, apartment maintenance, or similar hands-on fields are highly relevant Preferred Qualifications Experience with soldering or component-level repair Previous exposure to aviation, aerospace, or regulated environments Familiarity with production, repair, or maintenance workflows Why Join Us?
