Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Maintenance Laurinburg, North Carolina Professional Direct Hire Mar 5, 2026 HTI is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a growing manufacturer specializing in progressive die stamping operations. This position will be focused on equipment installation, electrical maintenance, and facility upkeep. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 1st shift. The pay range is $25 - $35/hr depending on experience.

What You Need:

Associates degree in related field or equivalent industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical background Hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair experience Previous work with stamping and progressive die stamping machines preferred Strong knowledge of general facilities maintenance

What Your Role Will Look Like:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and facility systems. Assist with installation of new stamping equipment and production machinery Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical systems (including 3-phase 480V) Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and stamping presses Maintain facility infrastructure including lighting, HVAC, and basic plumbing Collaborate with the operations team to reduce downtime and optimize equipment performance Document all repairs and maintenance work in accordance with company procedures About HTI Human Technologies, Inc.
