Job Description
Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift Bring your skills to a team that keeps production running. As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician , (3pm-11pm) you'll play a critical role in keeping our facility operating at its best. From troubleshooting equipment to performing preventive maintenance, you'll be the go-to problem solver who ensures our machines, systems, and building stay in top shape. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy variety in your work, and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair machinery, equipment, and building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, welding, and fabrication). Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production, packaging, and processing equipment. Install, test, and troubleshoot new equipment to ensure smooth operation. Partner with production teams and leadership to quickly address issues and keep efficiency high. Record maintenance activities, hours, and service details with accuracy. Read and interpret technical documents, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders. Step in for emergency breakdown repairs and keep operations running. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and help drive a culture of safety and reliability.
What We're Looking For Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in a related field is a plus).Experience:
1-2 years of maintenance work in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Skills & Attributes:
Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability. Able to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Solid problem-solving and time management skills.
