Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician and become a vital part of maintaining pristine, safe, and inviting swimming environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, well-maintained, and functioning optimally. Your expertise will help provide clients with sparkling water and reliable equipment operation, creating enjoyable experiences for swimmers of all ages. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in pool maintenance and equipment repair while working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying baskets to keep pools spotless and hygienic Conduct regular pool water testing and adjust chemical levels to ensure proper sanitation and water quality Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators using hand tools and power tools Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and repairs for each pool serviced Identify potential issues with pool systems early on and perform necessary preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs Assist with opening and closing pools according to safety standards and operational procedures Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose equipment malfunctions and execute effective repairs promptly Experience Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar pool maintenance role is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment and systems Hands-on experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for mechanical repairs Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques, chemical balancing, and water chemistry standards Ability to work independently while managing multiple service appointments efficiently Join us to deliver exceptional pool care that keeps our clients' aquatic environments safe, clean, and enjoyable!
Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
