The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs Fabricate parts as needed to ensure timely repairs and maintenance. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any maintenance-related concerns from staff or clients. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Experience with electrical systems, including troubleshooting techniques using an ohmmeter. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
