Job Description
We are seeking a part time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to guest service and ensuring our guests have a great stay. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing guest rooms. Assist with renovation projects. Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs on AC units, door locks, plumbing fixtures, painting and caulking guest rooms, light drywall patching and repairs, light carpentry, light electrical work. Work with team members to communicate guest needs and the ability to prioritize work orders. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies and keep maintenance area organized and well stocked Must have own tools for basic repairs
