Job Description
We're looking for a dependable Maintenance Crew Member to join our team! You'll work closely with the Project Manager to support the upkeep and repair of both commercial and residential properties. This is a hands-on role that includes a mix of preventative maintenance, repair work, cleaning, landscaping, and equipment care.
Job Responsibilities:
Arrive on time and ready to work each day Troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs as needed Assist with maintaining and repairing structural systems, with potential involvement in plumbing and electrical work Perform cleaning and landscaping tasks Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order Carry out physical labor on job sitesRequirements:
Able to lift 50+ lbs. Valid driver's license or reliable transportation Authorized to work in the US Basic carpentry or plumbing skills are a plus, but not requiredJob Type:
