Maintenance Mechanic:

Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust machinery and equipment. Perform changeovers and preventative maintenance on plant equipment. Rebuild presses and support equipment as needed. Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Document maintenance activities using the CMMS system. Assist with new machine setup and testing to ensure readiness and safety. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors. Carry out additional tasks as assigned. Maintenance Mechanic:

3-5 years of industrial maintenance or mechanic experience. Technical degree or equivalent schooling/experience preferred. Strong mechanical, electrical, or machinist background. Ability to read mechanical prints and troubleshoot motors and controls. PLC knowledge is a plus. Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching.
