Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, units, and facilities are properly maintained to support a safe, efficient, and well-functioning working environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment and facility systems. Complete residential painting and general upkeep tasks as needed. Coordinate with the Site Manager to prioritize and schedule repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations. Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices. .
