This position works a 12-hour rotating schedule on a 2/2/3 shift rotation. Maintenance Technician:

Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform welding and fabrication work using blueprints and drawings. Perform preventative maintenance duties and maintain accurate maintenance records. Install and align motors, couplings, and bearings. Perform precision alignment and laser alignment on pumps, motors, and gearboxes. Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Rebuild cylinders and valves as needed. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Follow all company safety rules and regulations. Work scheduled and on-call overtime as needed. Requirements of the

Maintenance Technician:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and precision alignment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience working with large industrial machinery preferred. Technical school or equivalent mechanical experience preferred. Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces and at substantial heights. Ability to work with oils, greases, solvents, and cleaning solutions. Ability to use cranes, forklifts, ladders, welding equipment, and hand tools.

Work Environment:
