Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities Maintain and repair automated production equipment, including PLC-controlled, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on manufacturing equipment Perform emergency repairs during production as well as scheduled preventive maintenance Install, maintain, and assist with setup of new equipment and machinery Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders Diagnose equipment failures, replace defective parts, test systems, and make necessary adjustments Perform basic machinist duties and fabrication tasks as needed Assist with facility maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and general building upkeep Use hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively Identify and report unsafe conditions, faulty equipment, or unusual maintenance concerns Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all company safety procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Completion of a technical apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience preferred Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation preferred HVAC experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits Competitive Pay Paid On-the-Job Training Paid Time Off Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Referral Bonus Program 401(k) Retirement Plan Experience and License Requirements Industrial Maintenance (optional) PLC Systems (optional)
