Dock Builder

Location :

Lake Norman and surrounding counties (within 50-mile radius)

Schedule :

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Some overtime and weekend work required

Pay :

Based on experience We are currently accepting applications for seasoned carpenters for a luxury, high-end dock and deck construction project in the Lake Norman area. The ideal candidate will bring strong residential or commercial construction knowledge, an understanding of industry safety standards, and a hands-on skillset related to procedures, tools, materials, and quality control. Responsibilities May Include:

Layout for stairs and common rafters Reading blueprints and performing accurate measurements/layouts Placement of docks and elevated decks Crane signals and rigging Executing tasks within project deadlines Maintaining clear verbal and written communication with team members

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of construction experience Reliable transportation Willingness to work throughout the Lake Norman region (up to 50 miles) Ability to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
