Embark on an exciting journey as a Pool Cleaning/Maintenance Technician, where you'll specialize in the care and service of sparkling swimming pools and serene spas. At Carolina Swim, our Swimming Pool Technicians are vital to our mission, delivering impeccable service to our commercial facilities. We proudly offer a variety of positions: Part-time, Full-time, Seasonal, and Year-Round. Job Responsibilities:
  • Bring pools to life by vacuuming, skimming, and brushing them to perfection.
  • Ensure optimal chemical levels for pristine water quality.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of salt systems and chlorine generators.
  • Quickly master the basics of water chemistry testing, balancing, and adjustment procedures.
  • Gain a solid understanding of essential operational processes, procedures, equipment, concepts, and terminology.
  • Keep detailed records of service visit.
  • Communicate proactively about any issues, potential concerns, actions taken, follow-ups required, complaints, etc.
  • Work independently while managing your time effectively to deliver consistently high-quality service.
  • Thrive in outdoor environments, even when temperatures soar.
  • Execute instructions and requests with discipline.
  • Never hesitate to seek guidance; proactive teamwork is key to success!
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Hold a clean and valid driver's license for 3+ years.
  • Be able to regularly lift and move at least 50 pounds.
  • Availability for early mornings, weekends, and summer holidays is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
