  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, experience driving a box truck and the ability to troubleshoot various systems. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members and may also interact with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Position also requires the ability to load and unload trucks and general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing and low voltage electrical. Basic 120/220 Volt troubleshoot. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or residents. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Lead small teams on specific projects or repairs, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Experience in welding is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Leadership experience is desirable for overseeing projects or teams. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. A commitment to safety and quality in all maintenance activities.
