Job Description
Multifamily Select Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community in Winston-Salem, NC. Position Requirements Management of work orders, vendors, unit turns, building systems and repairs equipment. Providing excellent customer service, to ensure positive tenant and owner relations Inspecting and evaluating the property, recording deficiencies and notifying tenants to take any corrective actions Coordination with property manager with regards to expenses. Experience Requirements High school education or equivalent (GED) 2 years experience in maintenance such as (drywall repair, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, rough carpentry, electrical work, appliance repair) Ability to work evenings and weekends (on call rotation) Excellent verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to pass a criminal background, drug test and driving record check Driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation required
