Woodworking Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs in various facilities Tasks include:
HVAC Systems:
Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Carpentry:
General repairs and custom projects
Electrical:
Basic electrical repairs and installations
Plumbing:
Address plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs
Inventory Control:
Manage supply inventory for maintenance tasks Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven background in commercial maintenance
Skills Required:
Proficient in HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance Strong customer service skills
Tools:
Must have own reliable tools for maintenance tasks
Transportation:
A dependable vehicle is necessary for commuting to various job sites

Friday On-Call Responsibilities:
Light on-call duties as needed
