• Job Description
• As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the general upkeep of company trucks and equipment. This role also includes warehouse operations, such as moving materials, managing inventory, and assisting with product installations.

• Responsibilities
• + Fix and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance. + Perform general upkeep on company trucks and equipment. + Work with outside vendors for specialized repairs. + Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized. + Use hand and power tools to repair or replace parts. + Drive pickups with trailers to haul tools and parts. + Use a computer for basic tasks. + Lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or with a team. + Move materials where needed for shipping. + Receive, inspect, and organize inventory. + Package and ship orders. + Maintain accurate records and invoices. + Assist with product installations and light assembly. + Drive company vehicles for deliveries (if you have a good driving record).

• Essential Skills
• + Experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, and warehouse work. + Strong mechanical skills and tool knowledge. + Basic computer and inventory system skills. + Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently or as part of a team.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus). + Ability to pass a drug test. + Positive attitude and reliable attendance.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
