The Role:

We're hiring a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our rental fleet and facility. Your work ensures our customers enjoy worry-free adventures — and keeps our team operating smoothly behind the scenes.

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical or electrical repair experience (automotive, RV, small engine, or similar preferred). Ability to diagnose and fix issues with tools and equipment. Valid driver's license — CDL not required, but preferred. Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift 40+ pounds. Experience with RVs, trailers, or small engines is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person. Duties include, but are not limited to: Perform inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs on motorhomes, trailers, golf carts, and other rental units. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Replace parts, repair components, and perform preventative upkeep. Assist with tire changes, battery checks, appliance testing, and generator maintenance. Maintain tools, workspaces, and inventory of parts/supplies. Support the recon team when needed with prep tasks. Document work completed and report major issues promptly.

Helpful Skills:

RV systems knowledge (electrical, propane, plumbing, etc.). Small engine or power equipment repair. Basic fabrication or wiring skills. Ability to work independently and stay organized.
