In this role, you'll serve as the on-site maintenance leader responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining building systems while helping keep the property running safely, smoothly, and looking its best. • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building system issues
• Leading and completing apartment turns to meet move-in deadlines and quality standards
• Prioritizing, completing, and closing out resident service requests
• Performing preventative maintenance to keep the property operating at a high level
• Coordinating and managing third-party vendors as needed
• Maintaining shop organization, tools, inventory, and supply levels
• Keeping property interiors and exteriors clean, safe, and well maintained
• Providing professional, responsive customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners
• Supporting positive resident interactions and a high-quality living experience
• Following Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours maintenance emergencies This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3+ years of maintenance experience, multifamily/property maintenance preferred
• Have strong hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Have HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience, EPA certification preferred/required
• Have experience with plumbing systems, including fixtures, leaks, and water heaters
• Can troubleshoot basic electrical issues, including outlets, switches, breakers, and lighting
• Have appliance repair experience, preferred
• Are comfortable with drywall, painting, basic carpentry, and full unit turns
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Take ownership of your work and can prioritize tasks throughout the day
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions Benefits and perks may include:
