Your day-to-day:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks Respond to work orders and resident service requests Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks Snow removal when needed

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience

Compensation & Benefits:

1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5 Years = 160 Hours
