Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks Respond to work orders and resident service requests Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks Snow removal when neededWhat We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first timeCompensation & Benefits:
