Job Description HVAC +
System Maintenance:
Monitor, operate, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical setups. +
Proactive Repairs:
Tackle general carpentry, light electrical work, building exterior upkeep, and manual repairs to keep the campus pristine and functional. +
Safety & Compliance:
Oversee critical fire, security, and safety alarm systems, maintaining up-to-date inspection records in compliance with local and state codes. +
Contractor Coordination:
Work alongside our operational leadership to manage outside vendors, schedule specialized contract work, and monitor service agreements (e.g., elevators, pest control). +
Seasonal & Emergency Response:
Lead occasional seasonal efforts like snow removal and serve as the primary contact for building emergencies to ensure our community is always protected.
