Banks Wraps & Signs is a full-service sign fabrication and installation company serving commercial and industrial clients across the Midwest. With over 10 years in business and a second location now open in Kearney, we specialize in monument signs, channel letters, pylon signs, electronic message centers, and LED retrofits. We're growing — and we need sharp, skilled people to grow with us.•
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Fabricate sign cabinets, channel letter signs, and illuminated displays to spec Install wall-mounted and pylon structures, monument signs, channel letters, and vinyl graphics Safely operate bucket trucks, cranes, boom lifts, and power tools Wire LED modules and transformers; perform basic electrical tasks (under supervision or as licensed) Lead and direct install crew on job sites — own the job from setup to sign-off Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and permit guidelines Complete install job reports with photos and documentation Communicate professionally with clients, general contractors, and the internal team•
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ years of sign fabrication or installation experience (preferred, not required — we'll train the right person) Comfortable working with power tools, ladders, and aerial lifts Able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and work outdoors in variable weather Valid driver's license required Knowledge of UL standards and electrical safety is a plus OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Welding, electrical, or crane experience is a strong plus Strong problem-solving skills and a professional attitude on every job site
