Job Description

This position is for maintenance at the hotel performing duties that require handyman experience. The right candidate will posses the following skills and capacity of work: Positive communication skills with guests and fellow employees Knowledge of construction tools and basic carpentry skills Self motivated individual, capable of being given a project and complete it without supervision Ability to perform basic household plumbing, painting, staining, carpentry and other minor repairs in conjunction with maintaining a property. This position requires being on your feet for an 8 hour shift. Lifting from the ground and carrying objects in excess of 20 lbs. Going up and down stairs frequently and carrying objects up and down stairs in excess of 20 lbs. The capacity to use power tool and hand tools, and other equipment deemed necessary by your supervisor to complete a project.
