Role and Responsibilities As a maintenance and service technician at Ronco Construction, you're a key player in keeping our fleet of trucks, trailers and heavy construction machinery operating safely and efficiently. You perform routine service, troubleshoot mechanical issues and handle repairs that keep our jobsites moving forward.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment like skid steers, telehandlers, and excavators. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using both manual inspection and diagnostic tools. Track maintenance schedules and service logs to ensure equipment is compliant, safe and up to date. Collaborate with the logistics team to support project mobilization efforts and emergency repairs. Maintain a clean, organized and safe shop environment, and help keep equipment ready for dispatch. Assist with sourcing and ordering parts, coordinating with vendors and recommending repairs or replacements. Requirements You're ready to contribute to the work and culture of a leading and growing construction company, in that: A high school or equivalent degree is required. Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a plus. You have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles and construction machinery. You have strong mechanical and technical skills, including diagnostics, hydraulics and basic electrical systems. You're organized and dependable, with the ability to manage time and tasks independently. You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. The ability to drive a vehicle with a trailer and/or a CDL is a plus. Experience operating a forklift and working with heavy equipment is a plus. You can lift 50+ pounds and are comfortable working in a physically active, hands-on role. You have or can obtain the OSHA 10-hour certification (a copy of your card is required). First aid/CPR certification is a plus. You're familiar with safety protocols and value working in a safe, efficient and team-oriented environment. You have good communication skills and a proven ability for solving problems. You're proficient with a computer and applicable software programs, including maintenance tracking software or digital recordkeeping and have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Pay:

$21.00 - $41.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
