Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Water Softener Installer to join our growing team. This role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining residential (and occasional commercial) water treatment systems. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and helping customers improve their water quality, this job's for you. Responsibilities Install water softeners, filtration systems, and related equipment Perform basic plumbing connections and system testing Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues Educate customers on system operation and maintenance Maintain accurate service records and paperwork Follow safety standards and local plumbing codes Keep work vehicle and tools organized and in good condition Requirements Experience with water softeners, plumbing, or mechanical installation (preferred) Basic plumbing knowledge (PEX, copper, PVC) Ability to use hand and power tools safely Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces High school diploma or equivalent
