If you know your way around HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance , this is a solid, steady job. You'll keep a large facility running right and fix problems as they come up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work on HVAC systems, pumps, boilers, and building utilities Handle electrical repairs — wiring, motors, fixtures, controls Fix and maintain plumbing systems Use hand and power tools for repairs and installs Run preventive maintenance on equipment Read gauges, meters, and system data Keep records and complete work orders Walk the facility and catch issues early

WHAT YOU NEED

Experience in facilities or building maintenance Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing Able to troubleshoot and fix problems on your own Comfortable using tools and working on multiple systems Reliable and gets the job done
