The Mission:

Maintenance Technician In this role, your objective is operational readiness. We aren't looking for someone to just "fix things when they break"-we want a specialist who prevents the break from happening. You will be a key member of the team, ensuring our high-tech equipment and facilities operate reliably and efficiently through meticulous inspections and scheduled care.

Key Responsibilities Proactive Maintenance:

Execute routine tasks and inspections to extend equipment life and minimize reactive repairs.

Systems Reliability:

Identify potential mechanical or electrical issues before they impact production.

Detailed Documentation:

Log all maintenance activities and parts usage to ensure a clear audit trail of equipment health.

Team Collaboration:

Partner with fellow technicians and operators to keep the facility running at peak performance.

Requirements Military Background Required:

Support troubleshooting of pumps,440v 3 phase electrical systems, motors, drives, pneumatic and hydraulic. Identify nessesary parts for maintenance needs and report to Shop Superintendent. Read and understand standard prints and instructions. Execute preventative maintenance schedules. Willingness to work off schedule shifts to execute urgent maintenance needs. Ability to perform other maintenance, housekeeping, painting and miscellaneous tasks as needed and/or as directed by supervision. Proficiently perform all tasks with or without supervision.
