This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and values contributing to a mission-driven organization. Open shifts are Monday - Friday 5:00a - 10:00a

Responsibilities:

Maintain the building and grounds in a safe, clean, and functional condition through routine maintenance and repair Perform light technical work based on skillset Complete daily cleaning tasks across locker rooms, restrooms, offices, studios, classrooms, and common areas Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies Support grounds maintenance such as mowing, snow removal, equipment movement, and outdoor setup for events Assist with general building safety and security monitoring Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day facility needs and minor repairs Maintain awareness of branch programs and events to proactively support facility needs

Qualifications:

General knowledge of building maintenance and repair (multi-trade experience preferred) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and communication skills Physical ability to lift, move equipment, and perform manual tasks Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
