Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong electrical skills and ideally experience working on production equipment. They are an innovative manufacturing facility located in Lebanon, NH, recognized for their commitment to quality and safety in the industry. This company takes pride in fostering a collaborative environment and has received numerous industry awards for excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations. You'll also perform preventive maintenance, assist with installations, and collaborate closely with production teams to minimize downtime—all while adhering to health and safety standards.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:25 AM - 3:55 PM, every other Friday off
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
MUST have electrical experience Minimum of 2 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, including bending and kneeling High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields preferred Ability to work a weekly rotation starting at 5:00 AM Think you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
