Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as: Changing light bulbs and HVAC filters Lock repairs and replacements Caulking, painting, and plastering Pool maintenance (training provided) Minor electrical and plumbing repairs Vinyl, tile, carpet, and flooring repairs Roof, gutter, and leak patching Make vacant units ready You'll also respond to resident service requests and contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for all residents.

What We're Looking For:

Handy and willing to learn new skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills Able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Requirements:
