JMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team at thriving 400-unit combined market rate apartment communities.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely manner. Conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement or repair. Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a well-maintained community. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi-unit residential setting. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
