This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that offers excellent pay, benefits, and long-term career growth. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing critical equipment that keeps operations running efficiently throughout the facility.

Pay:
Maintenance Technician Saturday•Monday | 5:00 PM•5:00
AM Pay:
$40.45 per hour Maintenance Technician Tuesday•Friday | 7:00 PM•5:00
AM Pay:
$37.90 per hour Duties /
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on conveyors, material handling systems, dock equipment, lift trucks, and facility equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes of operational issues Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals Complete work orders, maintenance records, and repair documentation accurately Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects Operate powered industrial equipment and material handling equipment as needed Maintain facility infrastructure, building systems, and grounds Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or facilities maintenance experience Experience working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Experience with conveyors, automation systems, or distribution center equipment is highly preferred Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Associate degree, technical training, or maintenance certifications are a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift Ability to work at heights and climb ladders when necessary Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment

Pay Details:
