We are looking for a hands on Maintenance Mechanic with experience programming & troubleshooting PLC / Automation systems to join our team that thrives in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be DoingInstall, configure, and commission automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and actuatorsPerform PLC and HMI troubleshooting and make program adjustments as needed (ladder logic, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.)Troubleshoot and repair production equipment across mechanical, electrical, and automation systemsMaintain and repair conveyors, industrial ovens, and production linesExecute preventive maintenance (PMs) to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliabilityDiagnose and resolve equipment failures quickly in a fast-paced production environmentSupport automation improvements and assist with system upgrades or modificationsWork hands-on with mechanical systems including pneumatics and hydraulicsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve performance and efficiencyUse CMMS to document maintenance activities and track work ordersEnsure compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standardsWork in a production environment that may include heat, physical activity, and equipment access at heightsWhat You Will Need For This JobExperience as an Automation Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role in manufacturingStrong hands-on experience with both mechanical systems and automation equipmentAbility to troubleshoot PLC systems (must be more than basic exposure)Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (ladder logic required)Familiarity with HMI systems such as FactoryTalk, Wonderware, or similar platformsExperience with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus preferred)Strong mechanical skills including conveyors, production equipment, pneumatics, and hydraulicsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsExperience performing preventive maintenance (PM programs)Comfortable working in a hands-on role that includes both controls and mechanical workWillingness to troubleshoot equipment on the floor, not just focus on programmingExperience in food manufacturing or high-speed production environments preferredTechnical training or equivalent hands-on experience in automation or maintenanceWhat's In It For YouFull Benefit's Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K with Match! & More!!)If interested, Please send an updated resume with desired salary pay to
