Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to assist the superintendent in maintaining a 237-unit apartment community in Bergenfield, NJ. The ideal candidate will handle general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, and preventative maintenance while troubleshooting plumbing, electrical systems, and minor appliance issues.
Preferred Experience:
Previous maintenance tech and/or apartment complex maintenance experience is a plus!Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, repairs, appliance installation, and minor cleaning. Respond to resident and management service requests for occupied units. Help maintain the property's curb appeal by ensuring the grounds and interior common areas are well-kept.Requirements:
Must have a reliable vehicle and be available for periodic after-hours emergency on-call calls & snow removal in the winter.Housing :
