Maintenance Handyman

Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including light plumbing, sheetrock, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep to ensure optimal property condition. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues Manage small projects such as residential painting or minor renovations with attention to quality and safety standards. Supervise or assist with subcontractors or team members during larger repair or renovation projects while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or tenants' maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance and construction on commercial and residential properties Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interactions.
