As the Maintenance Technician at Bridgewater Commons, you will perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the building under the guidance of your supervisor. You will assist with marketing setups, respond to work orders, replace light bulbs, perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. You will also perform routine inspections of the building's interior and exterior to identify and report deficiencies, ensuring all work complies with established safety and health standards.

To succeed, you should have: High School Diploma or GED; valid Ohio driver's License. Experience or training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, General Construction, and Safety (3-5 years of related work experience accepted in place of education). Capable of lifting to 50 lbs; able to use basic computer programs (Email, Word, Excel). Reliable, safety-oriented, and adaptable to varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime. Solid customer service skills, positive attitude under pressure, team player with ability to work independently. Your responsibilities as the Maintenance Technician at Bridgewater Commons will include: Perform minor and routine maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, light fixtures, and general building repairs. Assist with major building repairs, equipment maintenance, and setup of meeting rooms or office furniture as needed. Communicate effectively with tenants and the property management team, providing timely updates on maintenance requests. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and hazardous materials protocols. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, complete necessary paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Ready to take your career to the next level?
